Delete your account and data
HomiApp · Account deletion request
You can request deletion of your HomiApp account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to request it, what is deleted, what is retained for legal reasons, and how long it takes. It applies to the account you sign in with on the app (https://app.homiappliance.com) and on the Android app.
1. Delete your account from the app
The fastest, most direct way is from the app itself, where we verify your identity with your session:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to More → My Profile → Account.
- Open the Danger zone section.
- If you are a technician or dispatcher, tap "Delete my account".
- If you are a company administrator, the option is "Delete company", which deletes the entire company and its data (see timing below).
- Confirm when prompted.
2. If you cannot sign in
If you lost access and cannot complete the deletion from the app, contact us and we will process your request after verifying your identity:

Include the email address you used to create the account. We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
3. What is deleted
When a technician or dispatcher account is deleted, we delete:
- Your access (authentication account) and your user profile.
- Your personal jobs and the documents and photos associated with them.
- Your private files: job photos you took, support attachments, and personal documents.
- Your purchase history is anonymized (unlinked from your identity).
If you are an administrator and delete the company, we also delete all operational company data: jobs, clients, schedule, team, operational invoices, and company files. Company jobs of a technician who leaves are not deleted: they are reassigned to the administrator.
4. What is retained and for how long
For legal and tax reasons, not everything can be deleted immediately. We keep the minimum necessary:
- Issued documents and their minimal tax metadata (invoices and quotes): kept under legal hold for a conservative period of up to 7 years.
- Legal acceptances and consents: kept as contractual evidence for several years.
- Security logs: for short periods, unless there is an incident or legal requirement.
- Location / GPS: Homi does not store route history, so there are no routes to retain.
This retention is consistent with our Privacy Policy. Everything else is deleted or anonymized.
5. How long it takes
- Technician or dispatcher: deletion is immediate upon confirmation.
- Administrator / company: there is a 30-day grace period, cancelable during that time. After 30 days, deletion runs automatically and permanently.
6. Export your data before deleting
If you want a copy of your information before deleting the account, you can request a data export by writing to homiappliance@gmail.com.
