What is HomiApp?

A management platform built exclusively for appliance repair technicians and businesses in the United States. From your phone you can schedule appointments, generate branded invoices, manage customers with their full history, coordinate your team and track routes. It works as an installed app on your phone, but without needing to download anything from the App Store.

Who is it designed for?

For independent technicians who work solo and need to stay organized, and for small businesses (2-10 people) that need to assign jobs, coordinate technicians and have full visibility of their operation. Every screen, form and report was designed around how an appliance repair technician actually works day to day — this is not generic software adapted after the fact.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes, from the ground up. HomiApp was built in both English and Spanish from day one — it's not a translation added later. The entire interface, invoices, quotes, notifications and support work in both languages. You can switch languages with a single tap, and your documents are generated in whichever language you choose.

How is it different from Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Very different. Jobber and Housecall Pro are generic platforms for home services — plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and dozens more. HomiApp is built exclusively for appliance repair: job statuses, forms, diagnostic reports and even the appliance list are made for your workflow. Plus, it's natively bilingual, contract-free and starts at $39/month.

How much does HomiApp cost?

Base plan: $39/month for independent technicians (1 user). Team plan: $99/month for small businesses (up to 4 people — 3 techs + 1 admin). Premium plan: $199/month with unlimited technicians and real-time GPS tracking. All plans include unlimited jobs, branded invoices and customer management. There's a 20% discount if you pay annually.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You create your account completely free, without entering a credit card or any payment information. You can explore the platform, create jobs and test every feature before making any decision. No commitments, no fine print.

Is there a contract or cancellation penalty?

No contracts of any kind. Cancel anytime with one click — no penalty, no questions asked, no phone call required. Many competing platforms lock you into annual contracts — HomiApp doesn't. If you stay, it's because it works for you.

What happens after the free period?

We'll notify you well before the free period ends so you can decide whether to continue. There are no automatic charges, no surprise fees and you don't lose your data. If you choose to activate a plan, you pick the one that fits your business best. If not, your account simply pauses.

Do you charge per technician?

No. The Premium plan includes unlimited technicians for $199/month — one flat price whether you have 5 or 50 technicians. On platforms like ServiceTitan or FieldEdge, each additional technician can cost $100-$245 extra per month. With HomiApp, your cost doesn't grow as your team grows.

Can I add my logo to invoices?

Yes. When you create your account you upload your company logo and it automatically appears on every invoice and quote you generate. Your documents come out looking professional, ready to share via WhatsApp directly with your customer. Your brand always present, without manually editing anything.

Do customers get notified when I'm on my way?

Yes. With a single tap you send an automatic "On My Way" SMS and your customer knows you're arriving. You don't need to open another app, look up the contact or type a message — one tap and done. This cuts down on "what time are you coming?" calls and gives a professional image.

Can I track my technicians on a map?

Yes, with the Premium plan. See each technician's real-time location on a map and assign jobs to whoever is closest to the customer. Ideal for businesses managing multiple field technicians who want to optimize routes and response times.

What documents can I generate?

PDF invoices with your logo, detailed quotes for estimates, and diagnostic reports per repair. They're all generated in seconds from your phone and you can share them directly via WhatsApp. Your customers receive professional documents without you needing to use Excel, Word or any other program.

Can I manage leads and new customers?

Yes. Every job you create automatically generates a lead for follow-up. You can register new customers, assign them to a technician, and track every opportunity from first contact to completed job. The full customer history is saved: previous jobs, photos, payments and registered appliances.

Do I need to download an app from the App Store?

No. HomiApp is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you open a link in your browser and it installs on your phone in seconds, just like a regular app. No App Store or Google Play needed, no approvals required, and it doesn't take up space like a traditional app. It updates automatically every time you open it.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both. As a PWA, it works on any device with a web browser — iPhone, Android, tablets and desktop computers. It doesn't matter what phone you or your technicians have, everyone can use the same platform with no compatibility issues.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. HomiApp works offline thanks to 3 layers of cache. You can check your schedule, view a customer's history and create jobs even if you're in a basement with no signal or in a poor coverage area. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically — nothing you did offline is lost.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Google Firebase infrastructure with data encryption, secure authentication and total isolation between companies. This means no user can view, access or modify another company's data — each business operates in its own completely private space. Your customer data, jobs and invoices are fully protected.
